Shipping Policy

We currently offer shipping within the United Arab Emirates only.

All jewellery is made to order and is dispatched within 7–10 days. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location and carrier.

We provide complimentary, fully insured shipping across the UAE.

While we make every reasonable effort to meet the stated dispatch and delivery timeframes, delivery dates may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, adverse weather, or other unforeseen events. We will communicate with you where we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order.

Once your order has been handed over to the delivery carrier, it will be transported in accordance with the carrier's delivery procedures. In the event of loss or damage during transit, please contact us promptly so that we can assist you with the relevant claim or resolution.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
