Jewellery is made to order, and minor variations in appearance may occur due to the nature of the materials and the craftsmanship involved. Product images are intended to provide a representation of the product and may not always reflect the exact appearance of the individual piece supplied.

All product descriptions, specifications, prices, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Ain Gold and Diamonds reserves the right to accept or decline your order at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Ain Gold and Diamonds confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because our jewellery is made to order, cancellation requests may not be accommodated once production has commenced. Where an order has not yet entered production, please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Cancellation requests are subject to our approval and applicable law.

In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently offer shipping within the United Arab Emirates only.

All jewellery is made to order and is dispatched within 7–10 days. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location and carrier.

We provide complimentary, fully insured shipping across the UAE.

While we make every reasonable effort to meet the stated dispatch and delivery timeframes, delivery dates may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, adverse weather, or other unforeseen events. We will communicate with you where we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order.

Once your order has been handed over to the delivery carrier, it will be transported in accordance with the carrier's delivery procedures. In the event of loss or damage during transit, please contact us promptly so that we can assist you with the relevant claim or resolution.
