These Terms govern your use of the Ain Gold Platform, including all services related to purchasing, gifting, or selling gold and silver products. These Terms apply to users in the UAE and subject to applicable local laws.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform, and we will notify users of significant updates via email or Platform notifications. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Use of the Platform

To access certain features, such as purchasing or gifting gold and silver, you must create an account on the Ain Gold Platform. You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Ain Gold offers pure gold and silver products for purchase through the Platform. All products are subject to availability, and prices are displayed in UAE Dirham (AED) unless otherwise stated. Prices may fluctuate based on market conditions, and the final price will be confirmed at the time of purchase.

We are committed to transparency. All applicable fees, including delivery or processing charges, will be clearly disclosed before you confirm your purchase. Ain Gold guarantees no hidden fees.

3.3 Gifting Features

The Platform enables users to gift gold and silver products to others. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of recipient information. Ain Gold is not liable for errors in gifting due to incorrect details provided by you.

3.4 Payment

Payments must be made through the secure payment methods provided on the Platform. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your financial information. You agree to provide accurate payment details and authorize us to charge the specified amount for your purchase.

3.5 Order Confirmation and Cancellation

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation via email or through the Platform. Orders may be canceled before processing, subject to our cancellation policy. Once processed, orders cannot be canceled but may be eligible for returns (see Section 5).
